England introduces smoking ban
England has followed the rest of the UK and introduceda smoking ban in enclosed public places, including pubs and restaurants. It's about fucking time. Now I can enjoy myself when I go out in Manchester in a month's time.

i agree! my hometown instituted a ban on smoking a few years back. it's much nicer inside bars and restaurants now. BUT a recent study by some students at UGA has shown that the air quality surrounding these businesses has gone down quite a bit.
can't they just wear helmets so that NO smoke escapes and they kill themselves sooner?
